Q.01What's the minimum order?
One unit for a sample. Twenty units for OEM production on standard models. Custom ODM quantities depend on the build — talk to us early and we'll plan it together.
Q.02How fast can I get a sample?
Most samples ship in 7–15 days, confirmed against the model and finish you choose. Production orders run 25–35 days depending on quantity and customization.
Q.03Can you put our brand on it?
Yes — logo application, RAL colour matching, custom packaging, manuals and unboxing inserts. Your designs stay protected under NDA.
Q.04Which certificates do you hold?
CE and EN15194 for European markets, with export-ready documentation for North America and Southeast Asia. ISO 9001 quality system across the plant.
Q.05What shipping terms do you offer?
FOB, CIF, DDP and EXW. We plan container loading to the unit and handle export documents, so the bike arrives the way it left the line.
